SHOW AND TELL RESIDENCY

This Spring we announced a new partnership between Alexa Rose Foundation and The Common Well—a bold partner in our region's thriving arts ecosystem—working shoulder-to-shoulder to host a new residency program for artists whose practice includes painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, photography, creative writing, filmmaking, and new forms. Twenty four Ada and Canyon County artists were awarded the SHOW AND TELL Residency.

The transformative opportunity empowers artists to take up residence for 6 months with a dynamic cohort of artistic peers in an inspired workspace, and sets the artists up for success with artistic critique and mentorship, business coaching, as well as exhibition best practices—in addition to a $3500 honorarium. The self-directed Residency features a Group Exhibition and Reception, as well as an Artist Talk or Workshop planned by each Resident and hosted by The Common Well. Please join us often for exciting Resident shows, workshops and talks in the coming year!
