SHOW AND TELL RESIDENCY

This spring, we announced a new partnership between Alexa Rose Foundation and The Common Well—a bold partner in our region's thriving arts ecosystem—working shoulder-to-shoulder to host a new residency program for artists whose practices include painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, ceramics, photography, creative writing, filmmaking, and new forms. Twenty-four artists from Ada and Canyon counties were awarded the SHOW AND TELL Residency.

The transformative opportunity empowers 12 artists to take up residence for six months with a dynamic cohort of artistic peers in an inspired workspace. It also sets them up for success with artistic critique and mentorship, business coaching, and guidance on exhibition best practices—in addition to a $3,500 honorarium. The self-directed residency features a group exhibition and reception, as well as an artist talk or workshop planned by each resident and hosted by The Common Well.

Please join us throughout the year for exciting resident shows, workshops, and talks!
