At least one, and up to three installations chosen for a grand total budget of $75,000


Award to be contracted to one artist or artist team; and may be awarded to more than one applicant.

Applicants will be compensated for refining their proposals and participating in the interview stage.

Alexa Rose Howell

Alexa Rose Howell, a native New Yorker, lived with her husband in Boise, Idaho USA for 40 years, until her death in 2013. 


Since 2015, Alexa’s Foundation, initiated by her husband Ken Howell in her honor and memory, is proud to support artists through annual grants, fellowships, and public artwork installations throughout Idaho's Treasure Valley.
