2018 GRANTEES
The Foundation received 280 applications for funding in its most recent grant cycle totaling $1,000,000 in requests. With only $150,000 in total funding available, the competition was significant. After a rigorous month-long review by panels of local artists, 67 visual, performing and literary artists and filmmakers were awarded grants. Grants of $500-$5,000 were awarded to emerging, mid-career and established artists throughout the community to fund learning opportunities, equipment and supplies, production costs, and paid time to create.
